The purported online advert placement for recruitment into the Delta State Civil Service currently being circulated has been disowned by Delta State Government.
The state government added that the online publication did not originate from the Delta State Civil Service Commission.
The Director of Information, Mrs Theresa Oliko said in a statement signed by her that the commission had no approval from the state governor to carry out any recruitment exercise, and it had not placed any advert for recruitment, neither did it authorized anybody to do so.
The statement made it clear that the commission does not advertise recruitment or any of its activities online.
It described the online advert placement as fake and advised members of the public to disregard it, saying no one should make payment whatsoever, into the bank account mentioned in the said fake online advert placement.
