Engineer Noimot Salako-Oyedele, Ogun State Deputy Governor has urged Muslim faithfuls in Nigeria to continually pray for the peace of the nation, especially now that insurgency, banditry and kidnapping is ravaging the country.

She hereby felicitated with Muslim faithfuls as they celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Fitri in Nigeria and the whole World.

The deputy governor stated this at Nawarudeeen Primary School, Ota, when she joined other Muslims to pray and give thanks to Almighty Allah for making this year’s celebration possible.

While extending Governor Dapo Abiodun’s greetings to Muslims in Ota and the state in general, she prayed that Almighty Allah will spear everyone’s life to witness another celebration.

“We should all show gratitude to God for counting us worthy this year because we could not gather like this last year as a result of the lockdown occasioned by COVID-19 pandemic.

“I cannot but reiterate here that Prince Dapo Abiodun’s administration remains committed to fulfilling his electioneering promises, some of which are evident all over the state, to include infrastructural development, improving the health and education sector, agricultural development, youths empowerments, amongst others.
