The Ekiti State chapter of Allstars International is donating a specially designed reserve bench pavilion to the management of Ekiti State Sports Council.
The donation will be done Saturday, January 15th, 2022 during their training session at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium, Ado-Ekiti, state capital.
This was disclosed in a statement by President of the Association, Dr. Sola Afolayan, and made available to Newsnigeriaonline.com.ng by the PRO, Kayode Babatuyi on Thursday.
Dr. Afolayan hinted that the donation will coincide with the first training session of the association in 2022 having gone on break since December 2021.
He said: “In our usual way of supporting the management of the Ekiti State Sports Council, the Allstars International, Ekiti State will on Saturday make a special donation to the sports council.
“A specially designed reserve bench pavilion will be donated to the management of the Ekiti State Sports Council during the training session which begin at 7am at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado Ekiti .
“All our members are expected to be in attendance and our friends, members of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Ekiti State chapter are also invited to grace the occasion
“In the last few years, we have made it an annual ritual to support the sports council through the donation of needed items.”
