As the 6th National Youth Games billed for University of Ilorin, Kwara State is fast approaching, Ogun State Deaf Athletics Association will be organizing its trials for the games on Friday, September 24th, 2021.
The trials being packaged by the association under chairmanship, Chief Gbenga Abijo is meant to select U-15 deaf athletes that will represent the state at the games proper in Ilorin between October 10th and 20th, 2021.
However, the trials have been slated for the main bowl of MKO Abiola International Stadium, Kuto Abeokuta, while the Patron of the association, Hon. Oladunjoye Tunji, Chairman, OGTV Board is expected to grace the occasion.
Meanwhile, all the deaf athletes across the state participating in the trials are to be at the venue early in the morning since the event will start by 8:00 am at the stadium.
