The 19-Holes Birthday Golf Kitty will hold at Benin Club Golf Section (BCGS), Edo State in honour of Peace Angus Anunah Esq. who attain Septuagenarian age today.
The birthday kitty divided into two segments will feature a comprehensive round of 18 holes for golfers in men’s, ladies, veterans and super veterans categories respectively while at hole 19 is for entertainment of participants, family and friends of the celebrant in the evening.
The event proudly powered by Committee of Friends is featuring about a hundred golfers from the club to celebrate Peace Anunah Esq., fmr. President of Benin Club 1931, an exemplary leader who has demonstrated leadership skill, an avid and open hearted golfer.
“We, friends and family of Peace Anunah Esq., the Ebubedike 1 of Benin Club at the Benin Club Golf Section deem it fit and proper to celebrate this die hard, controversial golfer, yet with a heart of gold who goes to great length for friendship and family with 18 holes birthday golf kitty today.
“The Ebubedike 1 of Benin Club was a fmr. President of Benin Club 1931, past Captain of the Squash Racket Section of the Club and an avid golfer who has contributed immensely to the development of the Club for over 40 years.
“Men’s, ladies, veterans and super veterans are playing in this event, exciting prizes will be presented to distinguish winners in various categories while at hole 19 will be for entertainment in the evening.
