Members of Benin Club Golf Section (BCGS), Benin-City are having another exciting golfing moments at Sir Chief Makole Omo Azugbene @ 70 Birthday Golf Kitty holding at the golf course GRA, Benin-City today.
The evergreen golf course that just played host to the Chief Percy Okojie @ 60 Charity Golf Tournament concluded last night is on for another round of birthday golf event.
The birthday kitty put together by the Club is to celebrate the ever smiling Chief Azugbene who now belong to the group of septuagenarian.
Newsnigeriaonline.com.ng at the course gathered that no fewer than sixty golfers from the club are participating in the one day event in honour of the respected and humble Chief whose contributions to the club are numerous.
However, the dinner and presentation of prizes for men’s, ladies, veterans and super veterans categories will hold later in the evening.
Newsnigeriaonline.com.ng recalls that Chief Azugbene was part of The Lords Kitty Group that played against Mavericks Kitty Group during the annual Match Play held on Tuesday at the BCGS.
Though, the match play was inconclusive due to heavy downpour in the afternoon but his team,The Lords still remain the defending champions having won Mavericks Team, their noisy neighbors and younger brother in 2022.
