Felix Agans has won the March edition of Mavericks Kitty Group Monthly Mug/Birthday Kitty held at Benin Club Golf Section (BCGS), GRA, Benin-City on Tuesday.
The monthly mug/birthday kitty is organized every last Tuesday of the month to celebrate members birthday and to rejoice with them for God’s favour and mercy upon their lives.
However, celebrants for the month of March included Chairman of the kitty group, Lawson Ugiagbe esq., Henry Ogiefa, Ralph Irorere, Ikhide Okhaisabor, Mike Edokpolor and Chief Percy Okojie who marked his 60th birthday with charity golf tournament concluded last Saturday.
Agans (hcp 13) after an intensive morning game played a net score of 73 to emerge victorious while Emmanuel Omofuma (hcp 23) picked the second spot with 75 net just as Chief Afam Obanor (hcp 18), aka Grand Caddy settled for the third place for recording 82 net.
Elder Monday Ikhureigbe continuous rising in the game earned him the best gross award as he played a total of 95 gross.
Newsnigeriaonline.com.ng gathered at the presentation of prizes to winners that a total of twenty two members teed-off at the kitty while prayers were offered on behalf of all the celebrants just as entertainment of guests held later at noon at the Benin Club 1931 main building.
